1.) The first thing you will want to do, is download, save and print the Daily Nutrition WLC Manual to review. This walks you through everything you need to setup and begin your Weight Loss Challenge.
2.) Download, save and print the Class Materials that you need for your WLC.

3.) Lastly, you will find it helpful to purchase a 3 ring binder, along with 3 hole punched numbered tabs (1-12) inserts for your 3 ring binder. This works perfectly for teaching your 12 week Weight Loss Challenge. Simply put the appropriate outline, handouts, etc behind the numbered tabs.
Below are some items you can use to advertise your Weight Loss Challenge. Download the flyers, then edit to include your Weight Loss Challenge Info and Contact Phone Number. We recommend getting them printed on brightly colored paper.
These are just a few ideas to get you started, however, you can be as creative as you’d like to advertise your Weight Loss Challenge.
